Of these two defenders, only Sergio Reguilon (£5.5m) started in Spurs' incredible 1-6 win away at Man Utd in Gameweek 4, although he could only pick up two FPL points. Fellow full-back Matt Doherty (£5.9m) didn't feature altogether, with the former Wolves star forced to settle for a place on the bench.
Spurs host West Ham in Gameweek 5, an enticing fixture for both these two to cash in and try to gain FPL points at both ends of the field. However, the performance of Serge Aurier at Old Trafford leaves Doherty unlikely to start once again here, after Aurier picked up a goal and an assist in Gameweek 4. Therefore, on the basis that he is the one most likely to play, Reguilon gets the nod for us here.
