It has been an incredible start to the season for Everton, who currently sit top of the Premier League having won their opening four games. Playing a huge part in their success has been new signing James Rodriguez (£7.8m), with the Colombian star on fire again in Gameweek 4, scoring twice and registering an assist in Everton's 4-2 win over Brighton. For Harvey Barnes (£7.1m) however, there was to be no attacking returns in Gameweek 4 with VAR denying him a goal for an offside and Leicester ultimately falling to a 0-3 defeat at home to West Ham.
Everton's biggest game of the season so far takes place in Gameweek 5 with Premier League champions Liverpool visiting Goodison Park in the Merseyside derby. Leicester meanwhile, host an Aston Villa side coming off the back of thrashing Liverpool 7-2 in one of the most astonishing wins in Premier League history. The Reds are missing first choice goalkeeper Alisson, which means the decidedly dodgy Adrian will be forced to step in for the second league game running. This bodes well for Rodriguez, who must fancy his chances of further attacking returns in this fixture. We certainly do and are giving him the nod over Barnes here.
