Leicester defender Timothy Castagne (£5.7m) continued his incredible start to Premier League life from an attacking perspective, registering his third assist of the season in the Foxes' 2-5 win over Man City. Add those to his goal in Gameweek 1 and Castagne has accrued 27 FPL points in his first three gameweeks. Alas Chelsea's Thiago Silva (£5.5m) had a debut to forget, at fault for the second of West Brom's three goals in a thrilling 3-3 draw at the Hawthorns.
Both defenders are at home in Gameweek 4 with Leicester hosting West Ham and Chelsea welcoming Crystal Palace to Stamford Bridge. Considering that Chelsea have looked defensively poor since the start of the season and taking into account Castagne's attacking prowess, the Belgian international clearly looks the better FPL option here.
Verdict: Timothy Castagne
