Liverpool's two flying full-backs were up to their old tricks again in Gameweek 3. Both defenders again made the headlines from their attacking prowess rather than their defensive steel, as Andy Robertson (£7.0m) found the net with Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.5m) providing the assist in the second of Liverpool's three goals in a 3-1 win over Arsenal. The two Reds picked up 10 and 7 FPL points respectively from the fixture.
Gameweek 4 sees Liverpool travel to Aston Villa and little separates Robertson and Alexander-Arnold once again in terms of FPL value. However, the latter was unlucky not to register more than just an assist against Arsenal, hitting the crossbar in the first half. Add that to him being in charge of direct free-kicks and we fancy Alexander-Arnold to nail a monster FPL haul sooner rather than later. Perhaps Gameweek 4 will be the week he does it?
