Christian Pulisic
(£7.2m) has enjoyed a strong first season in the Premier League and that has shown in the number of FPL points that he has returned. Despite spending a decent portion of the season on the sidelines because of injury, Pulisic has managed to score seven goals and six assists from 1374 minutes for a total of 98 points. Two of those goals and three of the assists have come in the four matches since the restart which also highlights the form he is currently in.

Heung-Min Son (£9.8m) has endured a frustrating season and he was involved in an on-field confrontation with Spurs skipper Hugo Lloris as they made their way off the field in Monday’s clash with Everton. That disagreement was played down but Son did not have his best game and his place in the side could come under threat for Spurs’ appealing trip to Bournemouth. He has not found the back of the net since Gameweek 26 and although he was missing for three of the matches since, he has not really looked like scoring and with Pulisic in such good form, it is difficult to overlook the Chelsea man on their visit to Crystal Palace.

Verdict: Christian Pulisic
