Sergio Aguero (£12.0m) and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£11.0m) have made similar starts to the season. Both have scored twice while not yet setting the fantasy word alight. At this stage of the season, the main difference between the two is minutes on the pitch. While Aubameyang is an unquestioned starter for Arsenal, Aguero has seen his minutes cut at the beginning of the season due to his involvement in the Copa America. While Aguero’s tiff with Guardiola after being subbed against Spurs is unlikely to have any impact on whether Pep selects the striker, the form of Gabriel Jesus (£9.5m) will, with the Brazilian looking sharp at the start of the season. When guaranteed 90 minutes, Aguero is arguably first choice out of all strikers in FPL but as it stands the Argentinian is not guaranteed to start and even when he does, is set to be taken off before the full-time whistle.
