Man Utd’s Anthony Martial (£7.6m) and Man City’s Kevin De Bruyne (£9.6m) may not have been in many FPL teams at the start of the season, but they have certainly caught the eye in the opening two gameweeks. De Bruyne is already looking close to his best with some outstanding passing and crossing that have helped him tally three assists in two games. Martial is the cheaper option of the two and is more of a goal threat than his City rival, but given the fact that he seems to be the only United player who is not a designated penalty taker (!), his goal threat may be limited. City’s draw with Spurs will only see them come back firing here and De Bruyne will be at the heart of their play in the coming games where they can rack up some goals.
