James Maddison (£7.7m) is struggling to replicate his early season form and it has shown with his output. Gameweek 21 aside, where he notched a goal and assist against Newcastle for 11 points, Maddison has only managed to score one or two points per game dating back to Gameweek 17.
Todd Cantwell (£5.0m) earned a clean sheet point in his side’s 1-0 victory over Bournemouth at the weekend but it a second game in a row with no contribution in front of goal for the Norwich youngster. His scoring is sporadic and now a tough game away at Spurs lies in wait which poses a challenge in itself with five of Cantwell’s six goals coming at Carrow Road this season. He is worth a plump if a cheap midfield filler is needed but it could be worth giving Maddison one more chance as his Leicester side host West Ham.
