It always brings an FPL headache when being asked to choose who to pick between Sadio Mane (£12.3m) and Mo Salah (£12.3m). The dynamic Liverpool duo continue to terrorise the rest of the Premier League with their attacking flair and goal threat. Their latest victims were Sheffield Utd, with both Mane and Salah getting on the scoresheet. This time it was Salah who outscored his Senegalese teammate after accruing two extra bonus points to give him a total of 10 FPL points overall, compared to Mane's 8.
Liverpool's next league match sees them travel to North London to face Spurs in Gameweek 22. Whilst Mane has fared narrowly better than Salah over the course of the season, registering 11 goals and eight assists compared to Salah's 10 goals and four assists, Salah has a better record against Spurs having scored four goals in his last five Premier League matches against Jose Mourinho's side. This statistic narrowly gives him the edge over Mane for us, although personally we'd have both in our team.
