FPL Gameweek 2 – head-to-head comparisons: Dominic Calvert-Lewin vs Patrick Bamford

Both these two forwards found the net in Gameweek 1. Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£7.1m) scored the winning goal for Everton in their 0-1 win away to Spurs, whilst Patrick Bamford (£5.6m) netted for Leeds in their brave 4-3 defeat against reigning Premier League champions Liverpool at Anfield.

Both have home fixtures ahead of them in Gameweek 2. Everton host West Brom, whilst Leeds take on Fulham with Elland Road set to host Premier League football once again. Calvert-Lewin looks the better option from the naked eye, however Bamford is priced at a whole £1.5m cheaper and stands a great chance of scoring in an ultra attacking Leeds side and for us looks like the better value choice.
