FPL Gameweek 15 – head-to-head comparisons: Dominic Calvert-Lewin vs Che Adams
Despite having not scored since Gameweek 11, Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£7.9m) continues to provide FPL returns for his owners, having picked up an assist in each of the last three gameweeks, taking him up to 92 FPL points for the season so far with 11 goals and four assists. Southampton's Che Adams (£6.0m) has enjoyed a strong season of his own although not quite at the level of the Everton forward, with four goals and five assists currently putting him at an overall score of 67 points.
Everton travel to bottom-played Sheffield Utd on Gameweek 15, whilst Southampton are away at Fulham. The trip to Craven Cottage won't prove easy for the Saints with Fulham showing signs of a resurgence in recent games after woeful start to the season. Sheffield Utd however, have picked up just two points all season and the signs look very promising for Calvert-Lewin to punish his former club even further. It would be a surprise if the Toffees frontman was not to outscore Adams from an FPL perspective in Gameweek 15 and despite his higher price tag, Calvert-Lewin gets the nod for us here.
