FPL Gameweek 12 – head-to-head comparisons: Dominic Calvert-Lewin vs Patrick Bamford
Both Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£8.0m) and Patrick Bamford (£6.1m) found the net away from home in Gameweek 11, although neither came out on the winning side, with Everton drawing 1-1 away at Burnley and Leeds beaten 3-1 by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Whilst Calvert-Lewin picked up six FPL points, Bamford managed eight to due to the accumulation of two bonus points.
Everton host Chelsea on Gameweek 12 who have conceded just two goals in their last six Premier League games. Leeds are at home to West Ham, who have let seven goals in over the same period of time. When taking this into account, along with Bamford's cheaper price tag, then despite Calvert-Lewin having scored three more Premier League goals than Bamford this season, it is the Leeds forward for us who represents the better Gameweek 12 value.
