Anthony Martial (£7.5m) is one player that may be going under the FPL radar somewhat right now, but there is plenty of upside with the Frenchman. Compared to Tottenham’s Lucas Moura (£7.5m), Martial tallied the same number of goals last season (ten) but edged the points per appearance by 4.52 to 4.09 thanks to his greater number of assists (4) and bonus points. Combined with that, Martial has been playing as a central striker in pre-season and has been looking sharp in Solskjaer’s new-look team. Lucas Moura cannot be discounted especially early in the season with Son suspended for Tottenham’s first two matches and with Dele Alli injured, but Martial just edges this head-to-head.
