Two strikers with favourable fixture runs are pitted against each other here, and you could make a strong case for including both in your team. Tammy Abraham (£7.7m) was on the scoresheet once more in Gameweek 8 as his excellent season continued, and despite his pricetag constantly increasing, he still represents excellent value for money.
You have to pay a little more for Jamie Vardy (£9.0m), and that is reflected in his ownership as he currently features in just 11.0% of teams compared to Abraham's 43.0%. Gameweek 9 sees Chelsea host a Newcastle side who conceded five goals on their last away trip (coincidentally against a Jamie Vardy-inspired Leicester), while Leicester welcome Burnley to the King Power Stadium. Abraham just gets the nod here for his greater consistency and more favourable weekend fixture.
