Chelsea are the top rated team for clean sheet potential in GW9. They will host Newcastle and are given a 48.6% likelihood of recording a shutout. Budget option Fikayo Tomori (£4.7m) offers a cheap route into their backline, while captain Cesar Azpilicueta (£5.9m) offers potential attacking returns.

Second on the list are Man City who travel to Crystal Palace in GW9. While City have been struggling to keep clean sheets with their lone fit centre-back Nicolas Otamendi (£5.6m), John Stones (£5.3m) has returned to full training this week and could come back into the side for the match in London.

A third interesting option when clean sheet hunting are Leicester assets. After Liverpool, the Foxes have the second best defensive record in the league, having conceded just seven goals so far this season. They host Burnley in GW9. Their primary option is premium defender Ricardo Pereira (£6.2m), who has two goals in his last three matches, while Caglar Soyuncu (£4.7m) offers excellent potential as a budget option..
