FPL Gameweek 20 – head-to-head comparisons: Mo Salah vs Bruno Fernandes
Bruno Fernandes (£11.3m) overtook Heung-Min Son as the top-scoring Midfielder in the FPL with a first attacking return in three games in United’s -12 win away at Fulham in Gameweek 19. It has been a much drier spell for Liverpool talisman Mo Salah (£12.5m) who has blanked, alongside the Reds for the most part, for five games now.
Jurgen Klopp’s faltering side will travel to Tottenham now with the hope that a tougher side might bring out the best of them. Indeed, Salah scored in the reverse of this fixture in GW13 and he was rested for over half the game against Burnley on Thursday night. However, Fernandes’ fixture looks a tasty one, despite the signs of improvement from Sheffield United. Still with only one win to their name, the Blades will put up a fight that can be unlocked by the Portuguese playmaker at Old Trafford.
