Gameweek 2 sees Man City enter the Premier League for the first time this season and with them midfielder Raheem Sterling (£11.5m), who is coming off the back of an outstanding 2019-20 campaign, where the England international scored 20 league goals along with six assists. Liverpool's Mo Salah (£12.0m) however, has well and truly set the pace this season with a hat-trick and 20 FPL points in the Reds' 4-3 win over Leeds.
Gameweek 2 sees both these two face tricky away fixtures. Sterling's Man City travel to Wolves, whilst Salah's Liverpool are away at Chelsea. Sterling is narrowly cheaper, however we can't look beyond Salah after his hat-trick and against a decidedly dodgy Chelsea goalkeeper.
Verdict: Mo Salah
