On paper, Ashley Barnes (£6.5m) appears the smart decision from these two after his two goals against Southampton earned him 13 FPL points. However, Teemu Pukki (£6.5m) impressed hugely in a much tougher fixture, scoring and looking a constant threat away at Liverpool and finishing on seven points. With a much more favourable fixture in Gameweek 2 (Norwich facing Newcastle at home compared to Burnley’s away game against Arsenal), Pukki is the preferred choice here.
