The performances of both Ashley Barnes (£6.5m) and Divock Origi (£5.5m) in Gameweek 1 will no doubt lead to plenty of FPL owners snapping the inexpensive duo up this week. Neither have a particularly favourable fixture coming up but it is Barnes who offers the greater confidence as he will unquestionably keep his place if he continues scoring. Jay Rodriguez is waiting in the wings, but his arrival has clearly motivated the Burnley striker. On the other hand, Origi is likely to be replaced in Liverpool’s starting XI by Mane as soon as the Senegalese wide man is deemed fit for action.
