FPL Gameweek 14 – head-to-head comparisons: Tomas Soucek vs Jarrod Bowen
Both Tomas Soucek (£5.0m) and Jarrod Bowen (£6.4m) are sure-fire starters for David Moyes’ new-look West Ham side but the former’s seemingly endless engine has seen the Czech international play every single minute of the Premier League season so far. Two recent goals have brought him into contention here against Bowen but it is the former Hull City star who offers the most potential for points when he is in the mood.
Four goals and two assists for Bowen make him the highest-scoring West Ham player as things stand and his style of play could find favour against Chelsea, who conceded a very late goal to Wolves on Tuesday via Pedro Neto that Bowen would be proud of. Soucek is an excellent option at £5m but in this head-to-head he is the safer pick.
