FPL Gameweek 13 – Power Rankings (Defenders)

1. Ben Chilwell (£5.7m) – vs Brighton (a)

Leicester left-back Ben Chilwell was part of a Foxes defence who kept their third clean sheet in a row against Arsenal in Gameweek 12. He also provided three assists for England against Montenegro in the latest international break. Chilwell now has 31 FPL points in his last three gameweeks and faces a trip to Brighton in Gameweek 13.

2. Andrew Robertson (£7.0m) – vs Crystal Palace (a)

Scottish international Andrew Robertson has contributed two assists and a goal in Liverpool's last four gameweeks, proving himself as a valuable attacking outlet. He faces Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in Gameweek 13, with the Eagles having failed to score in three of their six home games so far this season. However, Robertson has been struggling with an ankle injury and may not feature in the game so be sure to keep up to date with any team news updates from Liverpool and don't rush into any transfers.

3. John Lundstram (£4.9m) – vs Man Utd (H)

John Lundstram almost continued his mercurial FPL form at Spurs, hitting the woodwork and carving an effort just wide of goal. Whilst he only gained 2 FPL points from the fixtures, he did enough to show what an important FPL asset he is going forward. Gameweek 13 sees Lundstram's Sheffield Utd face Man Utd and whilst the fixture is a difficult one, the Blades have kept a clean sheet in their last two games at Bramall Lane.

4. Djibril Sidibe (£5.3m) – vs Norwich (H)

Despite conceding two goals in Gameweek 12, Everton's Djibril Sidibe assisted the winning goal and showed himself as a dangerous player going forward down the right hand side. He'll be hoping to add a clean sheet to go with his attacking threat in Gameweek 13 as Everton face rock-bottom Norwich.

5. Caglar Soyuncu (£4.9m) – vs Brighton (a)

Another Leicester defender who continues to perform strongly from both a team and FPL perspective is centre-back Caglar Soyuncu. The Turkish international now has 28 FPL points in his last three gameweeks and is part of the best defence in the Premier League at present. He will join Chilwell as part of the Foxes' backline against Brighton in Gameweek 13.

NOTABLE MENTIONS
Arsenal defender David Luiz (£5.8m) will be hoping not only for a clean sheet in Gameweek 13 against a struggling Southampton, but also for attacking returns having scored two goals already this season. Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.2m) registered an assist during the international break and will be hoping to carry that momentum on against Crystal Palace in Gameweek 13.
