Two top-tier darters lock horns here with former world champion Rob Cross taking on the dangerous Daryl Gurney. Cross ousted crowd favourite Raymond van Barneveld before the Christmas break and, while it wasn’t a particularly exceptional performance, he did what he needed to at the right times and responded well to going a set down.
