It certainly wasn’t vintage Michael van Gerwen against Chas Barstow in the second round and he will have to make some significant improvements if he is to go all the way and win a fourth world title. That starts with this clash with Chris Dobey, who came through an almighty battle with Rusty-Jake Rodriguez in the second round.
