THE PREDICTION
It’s another all-Dutch affair in the second round with Danny Noppert surely brimming with confidence after eliminating Michael van Gerwen on Monday evening thanks to an excellent display and he now takes on elder statesman Vincent van der Voort, who saw off Gabriel Clemens in the first round. Van der Voort is featuring in his tenth World Grand Prix but he has only once gone beyond the second round and that could well remain the case this year given the standard that Noppert played at against MVG. The younger Dutchman continues to make strides in the PDC and is tipped to see off his compatriot here, with a 3-1 scoreline predicted.
