THE PREDICTION

Peter Wright rightfully goes into any tournament that he enters with confidence and the reigning PDC World Champion will be aiming to go one better than he did in 2018 when he lost out in the final. Snakebite could have faced much tougher first round ties than this one, taking nothing away from Joyce who won a tour title in July, but since that success the Geordie has not fared very well and he does not look to be playing well enough to spring a surprise here.
