THE PREDICTION
Chris Dobey had an excellent run to the semi-finals on his World Grand Prix debut in 2019 with wins against Ricky Evans, Gary Anderson and Ian White before losing to the eventual champion Michael van Gerwen. Hollywood’s showing 12 months ago will surely give him confidence coming into this tournament, and the fact that he has defeated Adrian Lewis in five of their previous six matches should further his belief of success in this match. Although Lewis is a former World Grand Prix finalist – he reached the final in 2010 - Jackpot has not gone further than the second round since then, and he suffered a disappointing first round exit against Jermaine Wattimena last year. Things are not tipped to get any better for Lewis here as Dobey is predicted to claim a 2-1 victory.
