Dimitri Van den Bergh has produced some impressive displays on his way to reaching the quarter-finals twice in the last three years at Alexandra Palace and the Belgian star looks well set for another good run this time out. His triumph at the World Matchplay in July elevated the Belgian star to a whole new level, and the standard of his performances when he reached the semi-finals at the Grand Slam in November again highlighted what a talent he is on the big stage. Many will be hoping that Paul Lim can back up his victory against Luke Humphries with another fairytale win but it seems unlikely that the popular veteran will be able to stop The DreamMaker from moving through to the last 32.
