THE PREDICTION
Krzysztof Ratajski has already made history at this tournament by becoming the first Polish player to reach the PDC World Championship quarter-finals and he is now targeting a spot in the semi-finals of a major PDC tournament for the first time. It is no real surprise to see The Polish Eagle competing in the latter stages of a big one as he has certainly shown his capabilities on a regular basis over the last couple of years and the number 15 seed starts as the bookies favourite to win this tie against Stephen Bunting. One wouldn’t rule out The Bullet too easily here as when his scoring clicks into place he is a big threat to anyone but Ratajski has the edge in terms of consistency and is likely to be the pivotal factor in the final outcome. Ratajski to win 5-3 is the prediction.
