PENRITH PANTHERS FORM: PANTHERS MAKE IT THREE STRAIGHT

Penrith were far too good for St. George Illawarra Dragons last week as they ran in 46 points to claim a third successive victory and having avoided defeat in all of their last nine matchups with the Knights, they will take some stopping here.

NEWCASTLE KNIGHTS FORM: KNIGHTS SUFFER SECOND LOSS IN SUCCESSION

Newcastle were frustratingly poor as they failed to capitalise on the woes of the Brisbane Broncos. They were beaten for the second game in-a-row and will need to produce a much better display to get anywhere near the premiers.

LAST FIVE: LWWLL

PENRITH PANTHERS VS NEWCASTLE KNIGHTS PREDICTION

This could be a really one-sided game as Penrith Panthers play host to Newcastle Knights. The premiers are building nicely towards the finals and it would be a huge upset if they failed to make it four straight wins here. The Knights have failed to get going in recent weeks and with a seeming lack of trust in numerous combinations in the halves, this one is unlikely to be much better with Penrith likely to contain them as well as amassing a big total of their own.
