Heading into an ODI and T20i series vs old rivals England, these games in Scotland provide them with serious competition and high-intensity cricket heading into those matches.

The big-hitting exploits of George Munsey at the top of the order are likely to be crucial to Scotland’s hopes of shocking the Aussies in Edinburgh. Small boundaries are expected at the Grange and this should play to the strengths of Munsey, who is notorious in Scotland for his power and clearing the boundary rope. With that in mind, consider backing the opener to accumulate over 0.5 match sixes here, regardless of the final outcome.
AUSTRALIA BETTING ANALYSIS
When looking back to when these two teams collided in the T20 World Cup, Marcus Stoinis was a difference maker with the bat. Scotland couldn’t get him out and his score of 59 from 29 balls proved vital in a successful run chase. As is the case with Munsey on the opposition, the ground won’t be big enough if Stoinis gets going and he’s well worth backing to score the most match sixes in this Australian line-up.

Australia are huge favourites coming into this one, so much so that there is really little value in backing them outright to win, so instead explore individual player bets, which offer more bang for your buck. Young star Jake Fraser-McGurk is tipped for big things in the future and has already impressed in his debut IPL season.
