This is one game where there is something on the line as the Western Bulldogs have a chance of reaching the top eight with a win here. They need to beat the Cats and hope GWS Giants lose their match in order to reach the finals and they will undoubtedly be fired up to do so. The Bulldogs dropped out of the top eight places last time out as their season has unquestionably stalled. They will need to lift themselves and get back to winning ways here. Geelong Cats have flirted with the top eight but not been a constant fixture in those places. They have been mixed in recent games but with nothing to play for, the Bulldogs simply have to be favoured. An easy game ultimately to stay clear of however.
